Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor $18-$24/hr average, $24+ per hour top performers, $18/hr for training Performance based pay Winter - Marketing Representative Door to door community outreach, No selling is required! Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm $18-$24+ hour after training, $18 per hour for training Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners. Bonus opportunities Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and insurable by our coverage provider Professional appearance Reliable transportation to work Excellent attendance record Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in a results-oriented environment Willing to become certified to apply pesticides Be available to work 40+ hours per week in various/extreme weather conditions, including Saturday, as needed.
